Refund Policy for Design and Development Services
All Website design and Website Development sales are final. When a client verbally agrees to a commitment, a detailed Agreement must be signed and returned with the deposit so that both parties are clear of all requirements before proceeding. A contract may be negotiated before signing but must be adhered to once a signed agreement is complete.
- This Agreement may be terminated at any time by either party effective immediately upon notice, or the mutual agreement of the parties, or if any party: (a) becomes insolvent, files a petition in bankruptcy, makes an assignment for the benefit of its creditors; or (b) breaches any of its material responsibilities or obligations under this Agreement, which breach is not remedied within ten (10) days from receipt of written notice of such
- In the event of termination, Designer shall be compensated for the Services performed through the date of termination in the amount of (a) any advance payment, (b) a prorated portion of the fees due, or (c) hourly fees for work performed by Designer or Designer’s agents as of the date of termination, whichever is greater; and Client shall pay all Expenses, fees, out of pockets together with any Additional Costs incurred through and up to, the date of termination.
Return Policy for Website Maintenance
“The Client” may cancel this website maintenance agreement at any time, by providing one month’s
written notice, provided that payment is up-to-date. A pro rata refund will be given for any unused period
of the advance payment.
Return Policy for Other Services
Other services including, but not limited to Graphic Design, Web Design and Development are typically custom projects. Each project is evaluated individually to estimate the total project cost, based upon the unique needs of each client.
Stark Raven Design maintains the same refund requests for all other work as stated in the above Web Design and Development Policy.
Return Policy for and Domain name Registration and Hosting Services
All hosting sales are guaranteed 99% uptime and 100% client satisfaction. If a refund is requested, Stark Raven Design will refund a prorated amount, which is the total amount paid minus any time used in the contract.
If a refund request is accepted, any monies left after the prorated charges will be returned to the client and all hosting will immediately cease upon payment of refund, which is usually 14 days from the request.
Domain Name Registration price is non refundable.
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $75 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.
